Ever since I was young, I enjoyed standing in the kitchen and watching my mother cook. She always taught us, as Cantonese people, that we were born in the land of abundance, where food is of utmost importance. She emphasized the importance of preserving the traditional flavors of Cantonese cuisine and encouraged us to share our family recipes when interacting with different cultures around the world.
As a result, no matter where we are in the world, we bring joy to our local friends through the pleasures of cuisine, tantalizing their taste buds and uplifting their spirits.
Upon arriving in Da'an, I have sincerely created a small kitchen that embodies the flavors of Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine. We offer a menu of home-cooked dishes passed down from my mother, showcasing a distinct culinary culture different from that of Taiwan. Our menu includes Cantonese-style soups, roasted meats, Hong Kong-style tea cafes, and more, all designed to tantalize everyone's taste buds.
